Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all spare keycaps, cables, and tools provided in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship to Goblintech

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your items back to our processing facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
